Introduction to HACCP 1 Day Course
The aim of this training programme is to give participants an understanding the principles of HACCP and how they may be applied to food safety. Participants will receive “A certificate of attendance” from St. Angela’s Food Technology Centre, Sligo.

Food Safety & HACCP Course 2 Day Course + Exam Fetac Accredited
Participants taking part in this programme will gain a thorough understanding of the Principles of HACCP and Prerequisite requirements and how they may be applied to ensure Food Safety, have the ability to take a lead role in the application of HACCP principles in their own production environment by developing a HACCP plan incorporating a Process Flow Diagram, Process Flow Description, Hazard Analysis and identifying Critical Control Points. Participants also complete coursework based on a case study or in house company project as part of this program.

Food Labelling Workshop ½ Day Workshop
This workshop walks participants through the compulsory legal labeling required for pre-packaged foodstuffs. Nutritional and Health Claims are also covered in this course. Practical examples are given and Participants can avail of a follow up one to one mentoring session focusing on their individual products.

Introduction to Sensory Analysis ½ Day Workshop
This workshop gives participants an understanding of the Science behind the Senses and gives Participants guidance on how they can apply Sensory Analysis Techniques to their own business. The workshop includes several taste panels to assess various attributes associated with each of the Senses.
Participants will receive “A certificate of attendance” from St. Angela’s Food Technology Centre, Sligo.
